Notes
Workback.AI, Inc. is committed to providing an accessible experience and treats accessibility as an ongoing part of its product development process rather than a one-time assessment. Workback.AI, Inc. partnered with Workback.AI, Inc. for continuous accessibility evaluation and remediation, with new features and updates assessed against WCAG 2.1 Level AA as part of the development cycle. This report will be updated periodically to reflect remediation progress.
Evaluation Methods Used
Evaluation was conducted by Workback.AI, Inc., an independent accessibility firm, in October 2026 against WCAG 2.1 Level AA on the user flows listed in the Scope below.
Scope
Workback.AI, Inc. crawled Workback accessibility center (accessibility.workback.ai) and mapped it into 1 user flow. A user flow is a complete task, such as "a student answers and submits a quiz." Every user flow was then audited against all WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria.
This evaluation covered the following user flows:
| User Flow | What the flow covers |
|---|---|
| Read Workback's accessibility statement and contact Workback | Reading the accessibility statement, its conformance details and monitored criteria, and finding the accessibility contact |
Methodology
Workback's AI agents tested Workback accessibility center (accessibility.workback.ai) the way a person uses it: they completed each user flow end to end in a live browser session, interacting with every control along the way, and inspected the rendered page, the DOM, and the accessibility tree at each step rather than scanning source code offline. The agents:
- completed each flow using only the keyboard (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Escape, arrow keys).
- measured color contrast from screenshots of the page as rendered.
- resized the window to 320 CSS pixels wide and zoomed text to 200% to check reflow and resizing.
- read the HTML and the browser's accessibility tree to check names, roles, states and reading order.
Continuous Conformance
Workback accessibility center (accessibility.workback.ai) is audited on each release by Workback.AI, Inc. To report an accessibility problem, contact [email protected].
Manual QA and Verification
The agents are checked against a labeled set of real accessibility issues built by Workback's in-house IAAP-certified accessibility expert (CPACC). Every issue identified was reproduced and confirmed by hand, using:
- keyboard-only navigation in Google Chrome
- browser zoom
- Colour Contrast Analyser (TPGi) for color contrast
- VoiceOver on macOS and NVDA on Windows for screen reader behavior
Limits
No testing was done with users with disabilities.
